Quoted from Pinchroma:I have a feeling this guy got stuffed in his locker a lot in high school.
And other people just have a sense of humor.
Quoted from PinballHelp:I do agree the insert lights are pretty intense, but rather than just complain about it, I'd want to know if there are configuration options where you can tone it down, or whether or not having more ambient light in the room makes the situation better, etc. I would hesitate to call that video a "review".. it seems more of an op-ed/comedy monologue.
He gave them credit for putting a lot of new stuff into the game. But come on have you seen the playfield during the gameplay? What insert isnt lit up for chrine out loud? Just watching that review & some of the other gameplay videos I can totally understand why he was very confused about what he should be doing. It seems like there is still a lot that needs to be done to make it more understandable as to what you should be doing.
Quoted from PanzerFreak:Opposite is true though for people who enjoyed the review....lol.
You mean the group with a sense of humor?
Quoted from Pimp77:True, they are...but not quite as sensitive as AC/DC owners. A lynch mob shows up if you criticize that game! LOL!
People whine about ACDC cause they feel the game kicks their ass or "has cheap drains" as a few have been on record as constantly complaining about.
WoZ seems to be bashed by some for other reasons besides hard or punishing game play.
Atleast thats how I see most complaints about the 2
Quoted from iceman44:It is a "fact" that majority of the large sample size of people that have played both Woz and Ac/dc premium, side by side, prefer Woz, based on their opinions.......
Maybe based on your personal experiences. From what i've encountered from people who have played both its quite the opposite.
Quoted from Fatsquatch:Does it really matter when you have that LCD monitor in the backbox?
My God, man...wake up!
Yeah it does matter. I dont want to have to trap the ball every 15 seconds or so and have to be able to look up at a LCD to tell me whats going on. The display should be secondary not such a focal point of having to tell the player of what needs to be done. Playing how you would describe it should play sounds incredibly boring.
Quoted from Fatsquatch:I guess I should have rocked some <sarcasm> </sarcasm> tags in my previous post.
My bad.
Oh yeah it would have made more sense if you included something along those lines. LOL
