I had a nice set of legs that someone drilled a hole in each rear leg. I used a clamped block of scrap maple wood and filled the hole with a JB Weld type of product. It was actually a 2 part metal epoxy that is very soft at first and then hardens. I filled the holes and lightly filed them. Painted and it looked great. I get it, these are legs and not coin doors. The legs are not in your face like a coin door.
