Quoted from adalogue:

Good voltage to coil and works when jumpering coil lug to ground, so EOS works too. So not a power issue.

That does not prove that the EOS are making contact... but if both flippers lost power at same time, EOS is not likely the problem.

Your flipper connections are not making it to ground... Could be the driver board, could also be that the braided wire is not connected between cabinet and head. Or, even the head and the boards! A commonly overlooked issue...

Quoted from Deadcatch:

Braid from cab is connected to head and I tested the ground test point on driver board so that doesnt seem to be the issue.

So to confirm, you tested these connections with a voltmeter?

I would swap out the driver board or, at minimum, perform all of the grounding upgrades on the existing driver board, outlined in the pinwiki guide.

Well, never assume a new board (or component) can’t be the problem. It happens more often than you think.
