Here's the story. Wanted some insert decals and Magna Save Decal for a BK2000 and saw that Classic Arcades did them on eBay. Only problem was I wanted the laminated versions. Contacted Jeff who was happy to supply what I wanted for an extra $12.
Ordered through eBay (along with a few other bits) and went through checkout adding notes about wanting laminated versions and requested invoice due to combined shipping.

Invoice came quickly but no mention of added costs for laminating and asked the question and the reply was he would invoice me separately.

Anyway paid for items and got a notification that item had shipped next day.
Again no issues as parcel arrived quickly (to the UK) but the insert decals and magna save were not laminated. Jeff replied quickly stating the decals were hard wearing but if I wanted laminated ones as requested he would send out free of charge. I said yes and offered to pay the additional $12 outstanding to at least cover postage.

To cut this long story short, no replacements, only one reply following numerous emails saying he would send them again. Now no replies. Think he was just stringing me along so that I couldn't do a charge back via Paypal.
