Have and enjoy both pins. If both are priced in the same ballpark, I'd go for MSF myself.
The modes in MSF are very challenging and keep you coming back, in spite of the limited layout. I love the theme and artwork on it.
Baywatch has much better flow and more shots and generally things to do. If the theme doesn't bother you it isn't a bad choice, either. Significantly easier than MSF.
