I'm actively hunting for a collector quality Cirqus Voltaire and during my hunt , I have discovered some weird issues with this particular pin...

I would like to know if during the production , Williams used silkscreen cabinet/head art or decals ?

Why asking that ? Because i think actually that both exist ... And maybe some run were made with silkscreen and others with decals ?it would be fantastic if someone can confirm me that

Second thing :
I know that CV playfields has some manufacturing issues like the lifting insert, rollover volt, ect...
Is that possible to stop these issues by clear coating it ? If i CC a Nos playfield , will it stay perfect forever, with no lifting insert ?
