I ordered a new neon replacement from Bay Area amusement and it does not fit in the ramp . I sent over a picture of my neon and the replacement they sent. The original is on the left and the replacement on the right . The email back from them asked me to check with pinside on technical advise . Please let me know if anyone has any ideas because unless I bend the glass it’s not going to fit .

I think I would rather keep it . Maybe in a year or two I’ll put it back in the game . I may return it and have one made somewhere local .
