I ordered from them a few weeks ago and the polaris balls i got had similiar issues in lotr. The old balls were in the machine for over a year with no issues. The polaris balls made it 4 days before they started getting stuck in the trough and on the sword ramp. I put the old ones back in and they have no issues getting stuck. I wonder if ball barron had a bad batch of Polaris balls, or got a box mislabeled.
