on a circuit breaker on the two lugs its got load & line when connecting the breaker to the pinball fuse holder , whats
a easy way of finding which side of the fuse holder is load or line

There isn't an easy way. You'll need the schematic and check that against the board layout to determine line and load side.

The breaker should work either way.

Pull the fuse. The side that still has power is the line side. You'll need a meter or test lamp to check.

The breaker will work either way, but it should have a diagram that looks like __/___ if it does, the preferred wiring would be. (load)___/___(line)
