If some are played a lot, a new rubber/ring kit could work. I asked for a bunch of new balls as well as some tools. Magnetic telescoping rods or trays are nice to haves if he doesn't already.
Gameroom stuff is also good. Like pinball related signs or neon, depending on his tastes. I have some old looking tin signs in my gameroom and there are pinball/arcade related ones that could work.
