Just thought I'd post a few pictures of my Christmas present this year - Iron Man - and some pictures of my rearranged gameroom.

I was initially not convinced about Iron Man after playing a routed one in a movie theatre, but all of the great reviews here convinced me that it would go great with the rest of my collection.

After putting on about 50 games, I have to say that I absolutely love it. Super fast. Pure adrenaline rush. And its fun fun fun. Plays and feels so much different than my other machines. Now I need a shaker motor for it!

Thanks to everyone for their recommendation.

What , no B/W love?

Awesome TV room, that's sick!

Thanks RawleyD. Its been a work in progress for a few years. I've managed to snag a lot of really unique items that I love. The costumes on the wall were actual costumes screen used in the latest Battlestar Galactica TV series.

Most people who come over love the "bad guy" busts from Star Wars and LOTR.

Very cool game room. I was thinking about building a driving cockpit powered by my PS3 but after seeing that Obutto cockpit, I might just go that route. I can't build what I wanted for that price and that is definitely more mobile than what I had planned. I love all the movie items you have around the room too.

Congrats!! Great addition.. I see you're also a Habs fan. Me too (although they're really sucking this year)

Meph - I definitely recommend the Obutto. When I got it, it was around $450 shipped. I think it may have gone up a bit since then, but not much. Comes with a VESA TV mount which most cockpits do not. I mounted a 32 inch lcd and it looks great. Wouldn't go any smaller or bigger. Added a G27 wheel and pedals, PS3 and a Buttkicker for vibration. The Obutto is a great value. Built really well and comes with everything you need (even the shifter mount). Sturdy, not too tough to move. Lots of adjustability (you can move the seat forward and back like a car seat, and you can tilt it forward and back too).

Pinball-customs - Yeah. I was born a Habs fan. I even get RDS to watch all the games. Its been a tough year. They have some dead weight they need to shed. All is not lost as they do have some good young players and prospects. But this year, something is not right with them. It actually wouldn't be that bad if they sucked the rest of the year and picked high. Its supposed to be a good draft year.

Man, that looks like it is SUPER SPACIOUS Apollyon! If I had that amount of space underneath me, there would be an arcade, a small bar and nothing else! Mwahahahaha! Glad to see the IM is in good company...

Nice room. Just brought home IM myself yesterday. Great game. The simple yet FUN approach. I dig it!

Coasterguy - Nice! You nabbed IM and a TF. What are your thoughts and comparisons of the two? Preferences? And why?
