I just wanted to post here for anyone in or around the Chicago area looking for local powder coating services. I found a local company that just completed work on my South Park machine that did a fantastic job at prices that were by far the best I've seen offered ($180). He sand-blasted my old parts and did a really nice job coating them.

You can drop off, choose from 100s of colors (if he doesn't have it, he can order it for you) and pick up pretty quick. The turnaround time on my parts was less than a week and he had to order a special color I wanted.
