It's a great specimen, and I'd prefer people to play it instead of crating and shipping it.
Quoted from toyotaboy:$3500 was a nice offer, but I waited too long to find mine.
The stars don't always align. Sometimes oxygen tank number 2 ruptures.
Quoted from Draegermeister:None of youse guys would part with your Apollo 13, so I have to go to all the way into Michigan tomorrow morning to grab one.
Thanks for nothin'!
Quoted from vdojaq:Funny, drove up to Michigan to get mine as well. Apollo 13 is my wife's favorite, it's not going anywhere.
All machines want to come home to their birthplace! I already picked $200 in parts between Pinball Life, Titan Pinball and eBay.
I was at $3,500 for fully working Apollo 13, nice playfield, one weird electrical anomaly. Good ramps and wire forms.
I want to do a fairly cheap EM re-theme for fun. LMK if you have a working, but beaten up EM in the $300 range. I plan on sanding off the art in total, so I don't care at all about planking on playfield or damaged cabinets. I am hoping for an ugly but functional machine, because it would be my first EM. Less than 2 hours from Chicago. That Target Alpha of Racerx looks too nice for me.
Any poor condition project Evel Kinevals or Night Riders out there? Don’t care about playfield wear or cabinet condition. Basically functional, but ugly, is what I can swing.
Anyone around got a nice Cirqus Voltaire in the area?
It's on my wish list, but I want to play a few games before I start looking to make sure.
I'd love to play a few games and photograph the machine for pinballchaos.com.
Anyone bored with an #X Files in the area and want to part with one at a reasonable price. I saw one way up in Northern Michigan, but I wasn’t willing to drive 6 hours up and then 6 hours back down.
I got some more pins, and my space filled up. So, I'm selling my Arduino LED animated Creature from the Black Lagoon and Attack from Mars playfields. $600 for the pair. They were pulled out for swaps, I bought them, and made a few hundred solder connections, programmed some light shows, and hung them up. People love these things.
Check them out. They are regular playfield dimensions, and the frames are flat black 1x4s.
I drove out to Cedar Rapids today to pick up a NBA Fastbreak from @digduglus. He's a great seller and he rotates a good collection.
I've bought games in most of the midwest now. Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Indiana, Ohio and now Iowa.
I'm considering making a virtual machine specifically for EM games, so I need a cheap EM donor cabinet. I need a head and a base, and maybe some legs. I don't care if the head matches the base. I don't care about art. I just care that the pieces are sturdy, legs can attach, it's mold free and doesn't smell bad. Hopefully southwest suburbs. Definitely cheap.
I won't ruin a restorable EM to do this, so I am looking for donor options.
Just posted my Apollo 13 for sale.

I have some wiggle room for a local sale or I could pull out the color DMD. Maybe someone out there is bored with a The Beatles (Gold Edition) Batman (The Dark Knight) or hates their Batman 66 (Premium) (Catwoman) If you know me, you know I am a Gomez fan...
I need to make some space. I posted my Apollo 13 here. If anyone is interested in a local sale, I can offer a "don't have to deal with shipping BS" break a bit. It won't have the ColorDMD. That's going in NBA Fastbreak this weekend.

Rick's fixed the board hacks from when I got it. Playfield is nice. LEDs. Space-sparkle powder coat. Shakes like a madman. Launch handle. Topper (try to find one of those.)
Lowered the price on a nice Apollo 13 with LEDOCD, Powdercoat, dialed in.

If it's a local deal, I'd consider some trades.
#corvette
#revenge-from-mars
#batman-the-dark-knight (plus cash)
#transformers-(le) (plus cash)
#deadpool-premium (plus cash)
#deadpool-pro (plus cash)
#world-cup-soccer
Any reasonable (sub $5k) nice condition Batman (The Dark Knight) in the area looking for a new home?
Possible trade BKSOR pro (some cash my way) (LED backbox, speaker lights, knight plunger, powdercoat lollipop rails and a playfield protector)
Just listed my overmodded Black Knight Sword of Rage (Pro) and Johnny Mnemonic up for sale.
Main floor easy two steps out, would cut a deal for a local person.
