He couldn't possibly be going around saying stuff like that...could he? AFAIK more than half of their sales are to operators.
I was pretty surprised to see that the upper playfield flippers are active when the ball isn't up there.

Very disappointing. As someone who is considering doing exactly that, I'd love to hear from some other folks at Stern regarding this matter.
