Hey everyone.

Does anyone have an assembly guide for the Ball unit assembly in a Chicago Coin Sound Stage? I need to know how the finger wipes are stacked.

Customer stated the game had ball count issues. They attempted to clean it and now the game keeps resetting. The parts manual is not much help as to how these are stacked.

Pictures of the unit from different angles would be really appreciated.

Thanks!

Looking at the schematic it appears that there are 12 wiper fingers. How to stack them could be figured out from the schematic, but maybe you can persuade one of the 27 Sound Stage owners to take their Ball Count unit wiper stack apart and post pictures of the exact order here.

There are 9 wipers on this one. I'm not really sure how to rebuild it based on the schematic. Hopefully I'll be able to get someone to send me pictures.

I just sold mine to a guy and will ask if he can take a picture.

Pictures from my Ball Count Unit in the backbox. Is this what you are looking for?

Yes that's exactly it! Thanks for those. Is there a chance you could number them by order in the stack? Like 1 through 9, 1 being the highest in the stack. I just want to make sure it was put back together properly.

With 1 being the highest and 9 the lowest

red_sox_papi You'll also need to know where the insulating washers go in between the fingers on the hub.

Wow that's exactly what I needed! I was able to confirm that 2 of them were in the wrong spot. That at least cleared my ball count issue!! Thanks a bunch!

I was able to find a side picture that showed where the washers went. I just needed to know which wiper went where in the stack.
