I owned a high flyer for quite awhile. Here are some teardown pics that might be helpful.

If the middle chime is on look at the 100 pts relay in the back. One of those switches is probably closed.

I dont have a schematic anymore or i could tell you.

If youre free Fri afternoon I might be able to drop by as im driving thru Troy.
