Since you have the playfield and the backbox and the score motor unplugged, you've greatly reduced where you need to look. It has to be on the bottom board. That's all that is left. And it has to be a 30 volt coil.
I would check each coil for zero ohms.
If that doesn't get you anywhere you may need to desolder the white wire from a coil along the path. If it quits blowing. Solder it back on and move down the paths a few coils and try again until you have it narrowed down. It's time consuming but eventually you will find the short.
