My Blue Max 1000s relay is not working correctly.

When I hit a 1000 point shot, the relay energizes correctly, but the 1000 score reel doesn't turn. The relay stays energized until I manually move the reel.

The score reel moves properly when the game resets. Any ideas why the score reel coil is not getting power from the 1000s relay?

Found it. Player control unit of all places.
