I know basically nothing about Chicago Coin EM games, but I was able to pick this game up today for free as part of a huge Nintendo NES collection that I bought. When I was talking to him we got on the subject of arcade games and he mentioned having a really rare game in his warehouse that he was wanting to get rid of.

Apparently he bought the game years ago as a non-working project. He had a local pinball guy (Evan Smith for those in DFW area) work on it for a few days and Evan was able to get the game fully working again. The game appears to be VERY complicated inside, so finding these in working condition is near impossible. We played the game when there and it seems to be 100%. Lights, sounds, controls, etc...

The guy had started to restore the game a few years ago and just never got around to finishing it. As you can see the bottom has been rebuilt. They did a nice job on it, so at this point the game just looks like it needs paint, and maybe a few small pieces chromed to make it nice again. The left side had been cleaned. The rest of it is still yellowed.

I spent a few hours looking around online over the weekend and I wasn't able to find much at all on this game. The only photos I found were taken by Cptnrick in AR. I reached out to him through eBay and he has no memory of having one, even after I sent him the photos. The one website where they mentioned the game attributed the photos to him which is what led me in his direction. I even emailed the guy who has a website talking about it, but haven't heard back.

There was a post on Klov earlier this year where one was coming up for auction somewhere and the OP mentioned one having been on eBay for $3,500 at the time. I looked and the eBay seller of that game either sold it or pulled it as there is nothing there anymore and it didn't pop up on a Google search.

Where do you guys think I should go to get more information on the game? VAPS shows just one Klov member who says they own it, but I don't recognize the name. Is there a website dedicated to EM games?

    Thanks!

This guy might have some info too as he has restored lots of EM arcade games:

I owned one a few years ago and have seen a few for sale over the last several years. It's not a game that shows up often, but that really doesn't make it highly desirable either. I honestly didn't find the game play very fun, so it didn't stay in my collection very long. Great that you got it for free (especially working). I paid $100 for mine (non-working), but probably wouldn't pay that for one today given the lackluster play. That's just my opinion.

John's Jukes lists the manual and schematics for sale:

And he has lots of ChiCoin parts, not certain for your game though:
