I had the preconception that Mousin' Around was going to be a cheesy game but I am pleasantly surprised by the theme, art and soundtrack. Unlike when I had my Hurricane, that was cheesy, from the art to the soundtrack... cheese.
Also had a 89 Gottlieb Hot Shots which was corny looking.
Gameplay aside what are some of the most cheesy games out their?

Rollergames comes to mind. I mean that in the best way possible.

Dr. Dude, Party Zone, Class of 1812 …any of those that just scream "I'M FROM THE 80's!"

Hollywood Heat! Also surprisingly fun!

Bad Cats, cheesy but charming.

Dr. Dude is cheesy overload for the win. "Say ahhh-some!"

Totally agree. Awful art, fantastic game play.

Party Zone is 90s. Same for Class of 1812 I think.

Maybe I've been in the hobby too long but I know DMD games were not made until after the turn of the decade, so seeing a DMD is automatically a cue that it's 90s or later or an attempt to create 90s kitsch.

I think Stern Playboy is a bit cheesy.
Game Show is intentionally cheesy.
Al G's Garage Band seemed cheesy.
Baywatch.
Heavy Metal Meltdown.

Medieval Madness
Attack From Mars
TOTAN
Metallica
Cactus Canyon
Big Bang Bar
to name a few.

No, I know they're 90's, but I think their sensibilities were still firmly planted in the late 80's with all the dayglo and silly "safe rap"

I just picked up The Bally Game Show and really enjoying it. The real alarm bell inside the cabinet is loud, vibrating and fun as hell. And intentionally cheesy is correct. Just look at the backglass.

Oh hey, I just won a free car.
