I had a similar error with my BSD. I tried many of the things listed above. Changed the bridge rectifier, even replaced the whole board. What mine turned out to be was short from a bulb bracket slipping ever so slightly to contact another piece of metal under the playfield. Check the bulbs in that matrix and be sure your not getting a short. I could of saved myself a lot of headache buy doing the easiest thing first.
