Hi guys,picked a WCS 94 with this problem.Fuses are ok,bridge rectifiers are tested ok,changed u 20 and its ok,what next to put this baby alive

Well as soon that I turn on the pin displays shoots the message.It don't let start a game.Gi and inserts light on.Cpu led blinks like is working right
