I think post 98 is a tad harsh

    Guess we will never know.

What item were you looking at? Curious

Scared Stiff stainless steel crate with decals.

What did post 98 say before the moderators deleted it?

The fact that you kept buying from him all along makes your post a joke. So NOW he is a scum bag to you because you couldn't buy what you wanted knowing all along that Mike D. of Mad Amusements is a fricking thief?
You are an 8 yr member of Pinside, don't try and play the "I didn't know".

Uh yeah, I didn’t know. I bought several items through the Mad Amusements website several years ago. I didn’t even know he had a eBay account so your comment is not true. I didn’t know about the bad rep this guy has until now because I have not experienced it till now. Now that I know *pinballparts* on eBay is Mad Amusements I will not order from either ever again. A seller blocking a person for trying to buy an item is just bad business. I’ll get it from someone else. No biggie. Just posting on this thread to let others know this is STILL happening after how many years?

    It's bizarre behavior for sure.

Bizarre, yes. Consistent, also yes. I had considered buying a backglass from him on ebay awhile back, which was listed as having "minor imperfections." I emailed and asked "Are you able to send a high res photo of the backglass so I can see how noticeable the imperfections are?" and received a tirade in response along with a message that he's blocking me. I wish I had kept his response as it was a real classic. Classy, not so much.

Something about a wish of physical harm. For obvious reasons, it was moderated.

This guy clearly has a severe gambling addiction. That explains all the behaviour. If he's currently broke and in need of tickets, you won't get your product. If he's not broke, you'll just get a guy that is slightly unhinged. Too bad he isn't smart enough to get help.

    He's like the pinball nazi.

    No parts for YOU!

For the record, it wasn't a post by me.

Post 98 was me. Poor choice of words I apologize. I just meant to say that guy at Mad has been ripping people off for so long and I can't believe he hasn't fallin on sword by now.

Quite sure the mods know that. Just because we can't see the post now doesn't necessarily mean they can't.

Don't sweat it........many of us agree with you! I would love to hear about a meeting between the Louisville Slugger and Mad Amusements.

Too far IMO. But I understand the frustration. The guy his is his own worst enemy. Just being him is punishment enough.

Seriously? Can I steal tens of thousands of dollars and just have to live with myself as punishment? The law says otherwise. Now, since his crimes are over the pond and north of the border, and no one here in any legal authority seems interested in serving any criminal justice, a bit of street justice might encourage him to get some help.

Ill bid on his stuff, will report back results.
