I just did all of my Williams games today with this method. I used a Velcro tab to hold the remote battery pack on the side of the head. Painted the dowels back so they look "more professional" too. I found that the half inch dowel is the perfect size to fit in the battery holder. I did not know that you can only put in the dummy batteries one way - in other words, it's not just the + or -, but it is also the correct side of the battery pack. Not sure if there is a way to know this by looking at the board, but I put these in four game today (with the power on so I would save my settings and high scores) and I guessed right on two and wrong on two (the last two came up on restart with a "factory settings" message so I just switched the dummies to the opposite end of the holders). The red wire is positive, but must be at the correct side of the holder on the board as well.
