I searched around but couldn't find any mention of these cheap multi component testers. They can be found between $10-$30 on amazon, and can test Resistors, diodes, Zener Diodes, Capacitors, and Transistors. I've used them for many projects and are generally pretty reliable and accurate. The chinesium content is high however, so I wouldn't expect these to last very long. Yes, much of this can be done with a multimeter, but it can auto detect the component and give you a visualization.
