I remember being at my wits end with a topper problem. After several parts and replacements went back and forth id had enough. I called him with every intention of losing my cool. Within 10 seconds his calm, soothing voice made me completely forget why I was so upset when I called. A true professional and gentleman. They don't make many people like him. He will be incredibly missed.
