I am at a loss for words, I got to know Chas well throughout the years and he was a vital part of Stern Pinball. Very calm, cool and collective. He always took the time to try and make things right, and would always try and get things done, even when they were out of his control. I have to be honest-I am a loyal Stern supporter because Chas has ALWAYS taken care of me. I could call him up and express my frustrations and he was very good at reassuring me and helping me find solutions to problems. I am deeply saddened

RIP Chas-my prayers are with your family and you will be missed tremendously.

    Quoted from pinghetto:

    "Steeeeerrrn Pinball, this is Chas...."
"Hey, Chas, this damn Star Wars seems to have blown almost every node and sub node"
"Ah man, Brian, that's the first I've heard of that"

Reading this quote brought a little tear to my eye-I can still hear his voice in my head-so sad.

Sometimes I would call 1-800 KICKERS and if Chas did not answer I would hang up and call back. Big shoes to fill now
