    Wow. Wasn't expecting that. A terrible loss to Stern and the pinball community.

    That is what I was thinking. Tech support guys don't grow on trees. Especially beloved ones that people have had contact with for so many years that they know, love, and respect. A man they know will help them.

    This thread is to pay our respects to Chas. I do feel sorry for Stern too. A terrible loss to their family.
