Checked all cables and tried to change displays but the problem remains the same!?

i had a problem with my display lights flickering ,then the game started not to boot up so i changed the orange cap on the bottom cabinet 6800uf 25v and re flowed solder on j3 pins on the power supply no more problems with displays all good

As I stated in the other thread, since it's the same segment on players one and two but not on players three and four, I think you have a connection/trace issue on connector A1-J2. Pull the connector, check the traces, check your pins-you might need to repin.
It's not the displays.
Take a "special care" about MPU connector J2 pin 4, ("coroded" board, broken connector pin)
If "everything is OK", replace Z16 on MPU board
WARNING.... do that - ONLY if you have decent soldering skills !!!!
