I've talked to Chaz a couple times and he's a hell of a nice guy and extremely helpful. There's two sides to every story, just remember that.
I dont believe it was a chuckle at his misfortune. Rather, it was a nervous chuckle...like he didn't know what else to say, or know how to justify his answers. I'm sure he gets beat down daily. Gotta say, I don't envy the guy at all
