This is interesting to me. Are you saying complaining publicly about a real issue is gonna have a negative impact with getting that issue resolved?

It seems Stern have shown to be petty in the past with banning guys on facebook or pinball news fellas from their factory tours. They should get over it. If they fixed these issues ina timely manner or just communicated better, there would be fewer people complaining. This conflict is entirely their fault.
