so how did you get the head off, didn't dig into it really heavy, but when I looked I didn't see how his chest would come off either.

(Disregard the dirty nature of the arms, this is artificial. I had to get two replacement arms and paint them to match. the grime is just a wash that looks worse in photos).

yes, more than likely. can be a tricky switch to get adjusted just right.
