I assume you are looking at your allocation of machines? As in any dealer should have the same information?

Yes, Looking at our Allocations of games left and where our people are on the list based on where the placed there order and taking an educated guess.

Anything on the first shipment going out for the NA ones? I'm first in line at my vendor apparently so my pie in the sky dream is that I somehow get it before Thanksgiving when my pop gets here so he can play it. If not though he'll be back for Christmas!
Got my email today from JJ.
And while there is a small issue as to where my deposit money went , we will be mailing off a check when we return from IAAPA this weekend.
Very excited.
Even went ahead and snuck in a game here at the show.
Got my email the other day. Got it paid and looking forward to when the shipper calls to arrange a delivery date and time.
Met Doug at IAAPA - was great to talk to him about the games and the great work he and the team are doing! and Doug serious about giving you a lift to the show next year - let me know. the UK AFMR's are on the boat and will be here in time for xmas!
Cheers,
Neil.
Got LE #458 all unboxed today. Fantastic job CGC. I had to move the control board for the topper but otherwise no issues.

It’s been a long week of work... read that three times trying to figure out why you were talking about Game of Thrones in a CGC thread.
My game has a F8 switch warning, which looks like "upper left flip opto" but i don't see a location listed in the manual. Where is that opto located? Hoping it's just in need some tweaking, otherwise I'll open a ticket for CGC support.
Thanks in advance.
Quoted from Arcade:We first saw this game at TPF and loved it.
However when we found out CGC was making the games it did not exactly instill confidence in us.
As an arcade owner we have had nothing but trouble and rude tech support with their Redemption games division. So much so that we vowed never to buy another Chicago Gaming game.
But once we found out that Loyd is the tech support for this particular title, all that went out the window. We are in line for an LE and are super excited to be getting one. We talked to Loyd directly at TPF and were very impressed with him (As everyone on Pinside surely is), as well as the rest of the company guys on hand.
While we still will not by another game from the redemption division, the Pinball side looks to be rock solid.
I had an issue with shipping of MMR.. And Doug and Joe Newhart were superstars in fixing my issue. I cannot recommend CGC enough...
I also had small issue with too short wires from the topper. For me, the connectors were getting hung-up on the topside of the cabinet thru hole. Once cleared, I had enough slack to make the connection, but JUST enough.
Quoted from chrisnack:BTW here is the connector i had issues with. It was about 1" too short. We pulled the topper off and snipped all the wires ties to get any available room and it was still short, so we moved the board. FYI for CGC.
That's absolutely ridiculous it was so far off. Don't they check these things? I guess I never bought a NIB machine but if mine comes with all sorts of problems I'll be pretty irritated.

Not sure... it was a simple fix so i don't mind. Compare a new CGC versus a Stern or anything else, not even close to how they are delivered. CGC does a fantastic job on the packaging.
Hello:
A lot equipment has been shipped to North American customers over the past week and half. We will continue to pump out the AFMR LE’s strong for the remainder of the year. On behalf of the entire CGC team, we want to wish all of our customers in the US a very happy Thanksgiving weekend.
Best regards
Doug Skor

Thanks, the error went away after a couple days, never got around to digging into it, but haven't seen it in the last couple boot ups.

Sounds like the opto interrupter isn't doing a good job. May need adjusting or bending.

I looked at the boards, it's all plastic, so not sure how much bending I can do. Any other ideas or should i open a ticket on it?
Quoted from PolePosition:When do you anticipate switching production back to the AFM special edition? Put my deposit in for one over Thanksgiving break.
Thanks!
Once they finish the remaining 500 LE's i would imagine, unless they run more MMr.
AFM LE# 516 is set up and playing tonight after being delivered today.
Many Thanks to Greg at Pinball Pro in Oakland Neb. for handling the distribution.
He was fantastic to deal with and the best kept secret in the Midwest.
The folks at CGC did a great job building and packing.
Many Thanks to Doug!
This really is a smoooooth playing game!!!
Hello Everyone!
This year blew by for me and I can’t believe we are knocking on the door of Christmas / New Year’s 2018. We accomplished many great things at CGC this year. Most notably, I believe we are assembling / shipping an amazing product and we are hitting the promised timelines that we have made. The past many few weeks have insane with all that we have been shipping, considering all the various products that we produce.
Update:
1. Overall our games are performing amazingly. However, there has been a small number of reported concerns, on very recently produced games, of the balls trajectory as is comes out of the shooter lane. This really came to light as people opened tickets and we were able to piece to together the problem. By Monday morning our engineering and production team were working on a fix. Let me be clear, there are no failures; rather, the ball on these games comes out of the shooter lane and does not properly travel to the gate or around the orbiter loop. As mention several times, we work very methodically here at CGC. It might take a few days before we release the correction. Regardless, it will be an easy correction and we will post it on our service portal.
2. In the week of Christmas, we are scheduled to switch over in building out a handful of overseas containers. Shortly after the first of the year, we will return to North American production. The remainder of the LE’s will be produced and then it will be all SE’s and CE’s to follow.
3. By February we will have completed nearly 1,500 AFMR games, and with then return back to another small run of MMR.
4. We are still working on the MMR display/speaker panel upgrade. It’s not as simple as one might think and in order to it correctly, it going to take some time. More on this to come in 2018.
5. We will unveil Pin #3 at the Texas Pinball Festival in March.
From your friends at CGC, we wish you all a great holiday season with your families.
Regards,
Doug Skor
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Doug! Thanks for your excellent communication. Looking forward to receiving my AFMr LE the day after Christmas, and can’t wait for the reveal of remake #3 at TPF!

Answered!
my understanding is that this an upgrade, so not sure if they will build standards that come with the big lcd
Quoted from NeilMcRae:my AFMr arrives Friday and I can't wait.
Quoted from sirlonzelot:Hi Doug,
My afmrle is coming tomorrow.
Mine arrives on Friday also! What are the chances - opposite sides of the planet and all arriving on the same day. Must be Aliens involved.
Screen upgrade might be pricey, Having the color DMD now ill more then likely keep that money towards game 3. Cant wait to see what it is, everyone has been speculating all year.
Mine will arrive Saturday. Can’t wait to officially join the club! Thanks for all the effort in keeping us updated Doug - greatly appreciated!

Oh, while you're at it, please make it compliant with original WPC95 MM as well

You guys are awesome! Thanks for all you do. Happy Holidays
Outstanding communication overall and on the shooter lane correction....nice to know you guys jump on all issues. Love my Afmr and this type of quality game and service will make me save my pennies for a future remake. Happy holidays!
Awesome on the shooter plunger.
The minute I can pre-order the screen for MMr you will have my money!

I notice that there is a big gap between the shooter lane metal and the orbit metal, see picture.
For testing I fix them with two small stripes of Mylar.
After that every ball makes it form the shooter lane around the orbit.
Dear CGC customers:
Let me begin by wishing you all a very happy, successful New Year.
AFMR ONLY:
As I mentioned to a customer on the phone today, when it comes to service, we don’t necessarily have all the answers. As we move forward, it takes a collection of service tickets before we can piece together a trend that then leads to a resolution. In all cases, we at CGC are committed to correcting these concerns. We discovered a software glitch in the PIC that controls our solenoid driver board. While you might try setting down the power on your flippers, the fact remains that these settings are currently having little to no change on the flippers. Our software team has already corrected the problem, and we are testing the new software with a few select customers. Before we do any massive distribution, we want to thoroughly test the update. This might take a few more weeks, and we ask that you be patient as we start to distribute the PIC’s. In the meantime, there will be NO need for you to enter a service ticket at this time in order to obtain the update. Please wait for further instructions. However, we are going to ask that all customers immediately return their software settings to DEFAULT. We have found that if you are using the lower range of settings that it is likely that you will blow one of the FET’s on the Solenoid Driver Board.
More to come.
Thank you!
Doug Skor
Done, and thanks for the heads up! But now my auto plunger if messed up again. It only got the ball around to the super skill shot on minimum.
Looking forward to the update.
