“Monster bash, you better get it while you can”
Quoted from arcadem:A couple of weeks ago I stated that I had lost interest in the MBR; boy, I was very premature in that decision! The game looks great but so does Oktoberfest. A great/terrible time to be a pinball fanatic. I am expecting my POTC LE anytime now. What to do, what to do???
Enjoy your potcle and get mbr later.
That‘s what I do..

Not surprising, but I have noticed there has not been any recent posts for Team Mafia's pinball game. There are also no distributor ads for this machine on Pinside. Has to be a hard sell for $7500, especially when compared to other new games. This game should be categorized as "homebrew" and adjusted price. But I doubt anyone cares.

PinballStar had an ad and some posts up.
Quoted from Jodester:Has anybody from CGC mentioned when the games would ship?
Just received this from PPS:
“The pricing is $7999 LE, $7299 SE, and an incredible $5999 for a CE (base level) Game. Shipping is expected to start in NOVEMBER 2018!”
So add the typical $300 for shipping and there you have it.

Don't know that but I was told yesterday they are being built now, so I would think shortly.
Quoted from Ray_Ayala:“The pricing is $7999 LE, $7299 SE, and an incredible $5999 for a CE (base level) Game.
That's awesome.
Ok.. For real this time!
We will finally be streaming Monster Bash remake tonight @ 7:00 PDT

So excited for this. Been waiting since March for this damn announcement. Love the new features. Can't wait to get my LE!

If those prices are legit no one will ever pay 8-12K for an original MBr again (unless it’s HEP or equivalent or prototype)!
Sooooo glad I waited (3 years) for this!
Sounds like a $1000 deposit for a LE. Anyone know if it's refundable just in case delivery stretches out so far that something else shiny comes out?
Did the rumor of new rules come to fruition? Either way, I’m
With Rarehero...will be tough to resist.

Doesn’t need ‘em. Perfect game is perfect. But now more perfecter.
Quoted from Rarehero:I thought I’d be able to resist...but F it, I’m in. Guess I’ll throw my old MB in the trash.
So the game is really that good? Damn. I haven't played the game much, so on the fence here.

Its nonrefindable, but you can sell your spot.
Quoted from OnTheSnap:So the game is really that good? Damn. I haven't played the game much, so on the fence here.
There's a reason it's a classic, a reason it was always desirable, and a reason they're remaking it.
It's a "perfect" game. It shoots perfect, the code by Lyman Sheats is perfect, the various toys and features are great, the music and voices are amazing and fun, casuals like it cuz it's not too hard, pros like it because the "higher level" goals are fun (such as stacking all the monster modes with Frank MB, and getting all the instruments for Monsters of Rock).
Now, different people like different things in pinball. I like all kinds of games...simple, deep, flow, stop 'n go...as long as a game feels like it's successfully accomplishing what it set out to be. Some people are more rigid. What types of games do you like and dislike? That may change your opinion on Monster Bash. People who like overly complex games or mega deep games call MB "shallow". Personally I think "The Myth of Shallow Code" is just that...a myth. True shallow code is something like BTTF, where really the only thing to do is hit the drops, lock for multi, repeat. MB doesn't have the math-chess of modern games, but it has everything it needs...the game design is in perfect harmony with the playfield design. It has simple goals and more nuanced goals...but, for me, the most important thing is, I always have fun playing it.
I ordered an LE from Game Room Guys tonight. They sold me my AFMR LE #456 and were good to deal with. MBR LE #456 should arrive at my home soon (likely early December). Talked with 2 other distributors since and both have sold out their initial allocations so there is very high interest in the game.
Mb is fun but got old pretty quickly in my house.... even compared to afm which ive had for years. I wldnt want it in a small collection but it sld be fine for most people that have at least 3 other pins. Regardless cgc did a nice job on the remake with the gi lighting and extras. Glad more folks get to enjoy it .
I think the $5999 price-point for the base version is briliant. That price works for operators and stern pro buyers. I want one for my location and I will keep buying from them at that price
This is why I buy Remake games from PPS:
#1) LE Allocations – Get your MBR LE faster and don’t get baited! We are the largest reseller of CGC Remakes and have the largest allocation of LE’s – which is the priority of how new LE’s are shipped (example: a reseller that has 100 LE’s allocated will get one of every 10 shipped, where someone that has 10 LE’s allocated will get one of every 100!). Also, PPS will NOT take deposits for LE’s beyond what we have allocated – ensure you get this promise from any other reseller!
#2) NO Lock In – PPS will refund your deposits with no fine print.
#3) INVENTORY – PPS stocks a large number of CGC Remakes in multiple locations in the US
#4) DEDICATED GAME SALES – PPS has dedicated games sales staff who are generally available with a specific number 775-863-2310 (NV) to walk you thru the steps to get your game.
#5) PARTS/MERCH DISCOUNTS – PPS is now offering parts and merchandise discounts for PPS Game Customers.
#6) TECH SUPPORT – PPS has helpdesk for technical support on CGC remakes – and interface closely with Chicago Gaming technical support.
#7) GAME INFO – PPS are the WMS/BLY Licensee and have partnered with Chicago Gaming – we simply have insights and access that others do not have.

Game room guys are great. Awesome service
1250 LE's aren't going to "sell out" right away.
I'm in for an MBr LE for my personal collection. It will look great next to my AFMr LE...

Does cgc do street pricing/show pricing?
I have always had a great experience with JJ at game exchange in CO. I bought my afmrle from him and it got delivered in 2 days. The pricing is the same everywhere so pick who you have a good relationship with. I’ll be completing me LE purchase when I hear back from him on MBr.

Cmon guys, a Little credit for breaking the pricing news.
Also I’ll be ordering an le thru nitro pinball. Best service around bar none.
With pricing now announced, especially the base model, what does this mean for people with the original versions for sale at a higher price ???
Quoted from avspin:Renopinball will be live at 7pm PST on twitch. We have the stream sound working now.
Awesome, let me grab another beer!
Also, AFMr Classic has been reduced to $6,000 from Pinball Star. I think it may be an across the board price drop.
Quoted from VegasAlleycat:Who still has the LE available?
JJ @ Game Exchange of Colorado
