Quoted from Niterider:

The first thing that I thought of when looking at this was: “So this is what we may have seen today if Bally/Williams was still around...”
It’s a Williams game, brought into damm-near modern day levels of technology. Updated screen, RGB GI’s...
God, this game is tempting me...if the SE is under 9k....

The LE will prob be 8k so the SE will be less than that.

#2202 5 years ago
Quoted from evh347:

No, those are side mirrors on the LE. It’s a reflection

Heh. Yup, your right. Was hard to see on phone

#2203 5 years ago
Quoted from solarvalue:

Bally/Williams would be way beyond this by now.

True, but at some point, they could have arrived at this point.

What could have been...

Quoted from Rarehero:

The LE will prob be 8k so the SE will be less than that.

...*sigh*...I may have to make room for one more then soon....

#2204 5 years ago
Quoted from Only_Pinball:

In the descriptions above the matrix it says SE and LE

It looks like the description is incorrect. The SE in the picture does not have it.

Yup, you are right. Bummer

Quoted from Aurich:

I once started a mod that used those plasma discs. I abandoned using them after I discovered their reliability was super hit or miss, and I was worried the fad might end and you wouldn't be able to buy them anymore. Didn't want to rely on something I couldn't control. They're cheapo Chinese toys, and you get what you pay for. My advice is if you get the LE to buy a few extra to stock away as replacements. Don't want to end up like Scared Stiff, where the floppy rubber puppets stopped being made and you couldn't get more easily.

Do not encourage them to jack the price another $1000. MM & AFM LEs were $8k. That's where this needs to be.

#2209 5 years ago

From what was told (by a dealer friend) is they are the same price as AFMr. I am disappointed though that the drac track doesn’t have a fix on it for wear issues Otherwise, looks perfect!

I must have beeen thinking of something else. I was thinking the standard versions of MMR and AFMR were around 7-8k. I could have sworn I saw MMR’s getting advertised for 8k NiB.

Thank you. HFS. Please, for the love of God everyone, stop advertising you're ready to pay insane money for games. It's so obvious that the manufacturers come here, see "Man, I got $15K to spend for the entry level product. Shit yeah man!!" comments and they jack that junk up, up, up...

Please. Stop. I'm almost finished with my collection, but seeing XFiles for $3K, LW3 for $2500, TFTC for $4500, and Flintstones for $3500 is getting scary.....

#2212 5 years ago

Mmr was weird pricing. Le’s We’re 8000 and then when the non le’s came out later, they were also 8000. They started the tiered system with AFMr.

You did. Thanks Jesus Christ prices actually dropped for AFMr. A small fucking miracle in this hobby.

Quoted from aztarac:

Would be nice to have a trim option with the SE. Stainless is so 90’s
Black powder coat maybe?

Funny, I want an LE but do not like the powder coated trim.
Pinball machines should be stainless.

All I can say this is one more pin I will have to get! And as you all know, what are we going to do with so many fantastic choices? Great times for pinball!

#2236 5 years ago

I’m buying (eventually... may have to sell something first and I also want to see what Elvira 3 looks like) but as good as this looks there is def. a missed opportunity here.

I'm interested in seeing that plasma disk in action. It doesn't look like just a cheapie toy plasma ball.

Looks neat, but it is indeed a cheapie toy. Essentially this (same disc toy, just integrated into a pop bumper cap):

Oh, cool, thanks for that! I kinda like it.

#2245 5 years ago

So can anyone at the show explain/differentiate what the Creech part of the feature matrix means between the models?

#2246 5 years ago
Quoted from Timelord000:

We have been making plasma pop bumpers for 2 years, they look great and have a long life. They are a bit taller then standard pop bumpers, but fit in many games. This google search has different levels of prototype, installation instructions, how they are made and installed in some games:

https://www.google.com/search?q=plasma+pop+bumpers&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&client=firefox-b-1

If you want put a mod in your game that is the first thing people will see, plasma pop bumpers are what you want.

The core that we start with is not that expensive, but we have to do a huge amount of work for the mount, controls, colorizing, protecting the glass and so on.

We have been selling as we get requests.

It looks like there might be a mistake in the listing. It states that the LED Drac Coffin is for (Limited Edition Only)
But in the matrix, it states that it is also included for the Special edition?
