So either the game will be released with the original Bally/Williams code or possibly slightly updated by a new coder/programmer.
not sure why they would not just use epthegeek's code. Already done and tested and loved by the people who have played it.

I don't understand why they are not using it, there is one here local in Nashville I get to play and love the continued software. Even if assets got used from WMS games Rick owns the rights to that stuff, so he could easily give his blessing to allow it.
