'm having problems with my Balck Lagoon.

Here's what's up...

When you start a round, the machine kicks 2 balla into the shooter lane. When I let one of the balls drain, and leave the other one in game, the round sometimes ends immediately with "end of ball" message but most of the time it lets me play but at the end of multiball when one ball left again it drains. At the 90% os starts the machine does the same routine.

I have checked EVERY switch in the through, shooter lane. Switch matrix is also ok.
Can anyone tell me what's going on?

Do you have magnets in your game? The balls may become magnetized and stick together. My Metallica started doing that, then new balls and the problem went away.

No magnets in CFTBL. When first ball dropped, after a few seconds other comes out. They don't stick together.

May seem silly, but check to see you don't have more the three balls installed in the game

I know you checked every switch, but did you test the shooter lane switch operation with actual ball or just pushing the switch? Sounds like the game thinks it couldn't serve a ball to shooter.

Off2War: That was my first thought. Only three balls in If I remove one, it says "pinball missing"

Is your third trough switch sticking when a ball rolls off of it? Actuator out of line so when you test with hand it works but with ball maybe not? Go to switch edge and see what happens when you manually release a ball with the plunger

Switches work with balls rool off them. So I guess I have to search the problem elsewhere. I've heard about something about the 4 mega menü targets are connected somehow with this problem. But the mega menu targets are also ok. All wirings.

Ok so it looks like something may be going on with both the shooter and center trough switch. Normally when a switch is closed it shows a box with an open center and when it’s open it shows a dot. I’m not certain why those two switches are showing solid boxes when they are active. Do you have them wired backwards by chance? Take a photo of those two switches.

On first picture all three balls in trough and I navigate to center trough. So you can see the left and right troughs are also closed. On second picture 1 ball in shooter lane and 2 balls in trough. Left trough is opened, because it's empty. I think it's ok.

Isolate the problem to either the MPU or the playfield by utilizing the Pinwiki test method: https://www.pinwiki.com/wiki/index.php?title=Williams_WPC#Switch_Matrix_Problems
