You guys are missing a black rubber post sleeve in that location.

Quoted from johnwartjr:

I've seen it both ways.

Interesting.

Quoted from fusion301:

I think factory is no rubber.

Could very well be guys.

FWIW, the manual doesn't list black sleeves there (it only lists 7 of them in other locations). Ironically, they list a 3/4" rubber ring there (obviously in error), and on the left side only.

As you know, with Bally-Williams manuals, no telling what they meant to say.

Checked the Promo video: couldn't make anything out either (too obscured, too grainy). Nothing in the flyer either.

PO mod or not, I'm keeping the sleeves on mine.

I dont find the game outlanes drainy at all - I feel like the down the middle balls is what kills me

Guess that's why this owner came up with this "ingenious" invention.

He should have used Hercules flippers instead--at least they'd have been fully reversible .

Quoted from Cliffy:

Sorry Neil. The factory didn't spec a post sleeve there. However I too put one on mine anyway

Indeed my friend; subsequently caught my error and posted this quasi retraction :
