I proto-typed a OPEN sign for CFTBL to connect to the feature light socket under the dome so when the Snackbar is "open" the dome flashes and at certain times would stay lit. But with most of the versions of the Snackbar Mod v3-v7 you can't see this light up well as the dome was removed and covered over with the Snackbar Sign being added. Now with the OPEN sign which has the same font as the Snackbar decal and Snackbar Sign it turn on and glow up like the SnackBar sign.

The led wire still needs some heat shrink over the wires so the glow coming out the back is greatly reduced. But once assembled here, there is no need for you to pull apart but is designed so it can. The sign will come with a wire lead and COMET bulb adaptor so it can be lit when the feature comes on.

I still got to work out the final price (between $130-150 AUD + postage) and finish testing, but send me a message if you are interested. Priority will be given to those that reach out in the order of who reached out when.

I got a number of colours in stock (limited amounts) and prefer to make these in just one colour only.

I started a poll of what colour people would prefer - so the colour with the most votes will be the final but also factoring in feedback from Pinball Info Forum and Facebook. That said I am happy to supply and install a colour that I have in stock when I come to assembling. Personally the blue looks good but too much blues, the Pink and Green both look very nice and would be my pick.

Sorry the led colour is a little washed out so struggling to get the best picture but this gives you an idea.

Pricing starts as follows not including postage payment (costs increase if you want to pay via Merchandise Paypal):

Option 1 - $135 AUD - Discounted as you are purchasing with a Snackbar Mod or have purchased a Snackbar Mod in the past directly from Swinks Pinball. I have records of all sales to cross check against.

Option 2 - $142.50 AUD - Stand-alone mod or to go with a Snackbar Mod you purchased from someone else / NOT from Swinks Pinball.

I have made 4 x proto-type kits that will go out to already determined testers to install and double check performance before ordering a heap of these.

The Kit will come with:
- 1 x Sign (planning for pink lighting)
- 1 x 2mm Allen Key (not that you will need it but may down the track)
- 1 x Comet 12" Lead with a 150 ohm Resistor added to drop the 6.3-6.7vdc voltage to under 3vdc
- 1 x Comet Adaptor Bulb to still light up under the games plastic or Snackbar plus also the adaptor lead to power the mod
- 1 x Comet Stern Spike Polarity swap lead - Comet #44 sockets are actually reversed polarity so prefer to wire the led wire correctly and install the polarity swap lead as an option to remove in case your games polarity is different

includes standard postage, tracking and insurance up to $100, and add another $4 for full insurance

Your Snackbar is v2 and this sign will work with any snackbar or even no snackbar mod as the OPEN sign uses the feature bulb socket under the red dome. I provide an adaptor bulb so it still lights up the dome but will also supply power to light up the sign as well, so you are all good.

Thanks everyone for your interest, very much appreciated.

2 Tester versions sent out yesterday and 1 more leaving today, so will wait and see how those guys find them and share some images and thoughts back with me. From there based on everything going well and testers happy I will probably do batches of 25 at a time - at about 3 weeks spaced apart.
