I just finished putting in all new ramps and bowl in my CFTBL. Now the lift ramp will not go back up after multi-ball is over. Any help will be great. Thanks.

First, get in there and see if you can work the mech by hand. Up-lock, trip-drop

If it was working fine before the replacement parts went in, 99% chance something isn't installed properly. That upper left corner of that field is rife with opportunities for mistakes. Difficult job to get it all back together in sequence...I don't think I've ever done it correctly.

Unless you're supposed to have screws that you can't get to because stuff is on top of them, and you can't get that stuff off because that screw you can't get to is securing something that has to come off before you can take off what's covering that screw...it's so confounding you can't even describe it.

The metal ramp will go up and down manually. I think the small coil may be the culprit. I never took the lift mech out but I did push it down manually when I took out the plastic ramps. Did I damage it by doing that?

You may not have damaged it, but could’ve bent the latch/catch parts that they’re not grabbing having too much gap, etc. Also those small coils have small lugs and not hard to break. Assumed they’re ok?

Cody is correct. The new ramp was blocking the mech from going up. I just had to readjust the ramp backward. Working good now. Thanks to all!
