Just woke up and saw this post. Not really very awake yet.
Did you check for Voltage across that fuse with a test meter? Might be worth a go.
After that, your going to have to start a trace testing continuity back from one component. Although unlikely, it could be something as simple as a dodgy connector to that board. It's worth turning off the machine, pulling off all of the connectors associated, and putting them back on with a rocking motion.
The mirror motor is not on the same connector as the lamps I don't think but do use J107 in common.
