Here's the topper on mine, I plan to put a movie screen behind the creature so it looks like he's bursting through! Fantastic game, I had 4 of them and decided I couldn't get on with it (crummy 2 ball multiball) but then this one turned up and for some reason (I think I have actually learned to play it properly, love building the jackpots!) I love it, this time it's not leaving.

I have always wondered (I hope this hasn't been asked on a previous page!) why Creature has 3 balls installed when it is only a 2 ball game? It's the only game I know to be over stocked with balls, any ideas?

Quoted from Sparky:

Trudeau explained at a seminar I attended that it was originally supposed to be 3-ball, but it got too crowded and hectic on the playfield during multi-ball, and they thought it played better with two. It was easier to change the code just for multi-ball. At least that's how I remember him explaining it.

Ahhh, shame it wasn't left as a 3 ball game

I was just playing my Creature and I wondered if there was an adjustment anywhere to get video mode lit with fewer ramp shots. Am I missing something or is it fixed?

Quoted from mot:

From the manual:
Adjustment A. 2 18 Right Ramp Increment Counter
This sets the number of shots required to light the next right ramp feature.
Settings: 2-5 (default 3)
I'd swear the default is 4, though...

Fantastic, thank you, it was worded a bit posh for me to spot!

Flower pot rubber? Now you got me... Do you have a pic?

That is a fantastic name for that rubber, obvious when you see it!

GorillaBiscuits, although there's not an official preview you can get an idea here:

Your mix sounds great , I am going to order a pinsound board for my Creech now, only ever fitted them in my Data East games before! Is this the mix on the pinsound form called CFTBL_Mike.zip? It's the only one I can see.

My Creech also has the brake light/sign/moon mod but I think someone did a home made version, this is the board driving mine (works fine though)

I have (I think) a really nice topper on mine that a friend made for me

Quoted from Fifty:

That's definitely homemade. What does it look like when lit up?

It looks ok, not as bright as the one pictured before though.

Quoted from scottmaggie:

Been thinking about getting model cars to match the speaker grille lined up as a topper. Anyone ever do this and anyone have a list of what the cars are on the speaker panel?

Here's my one, I am going to make a screen with a scene from the film for the creature to be bursting through.
