glad you like it, enjoy
Quoted from ThePinballPirate:There’s totally room for an extra flipper under this left plastic…
“THEORETICALLY” what would be involved in something like that?
[quoted image]
But... why? There's nothing for it to shoot...
If you really wanted to you could daisy chain the left flipper to it (I think that's how BK2K did it) but I'd imagine there would be a voltage drop.
Quoted from ThePinballPirate:You could shoot for the snack bar and the menu items…
It would only feed from ramp misses tho, and the bouncy rubber would make ramp shots harder. I’m gonna go hard pass on that idea.

I'm thrilled with the Pin2DMD! Looks so good. Thank you for recommending and also for the help with the knocker. It's much improved (though I might add another piece of duct tape or two when I go to install my v5.0 chip - another big THANK YOU).
Are cup holders pretty standard across pins? Or is there a particular model I should choose for my Creech? I’m convinced my scores will improve if I drink more.

I think there standard! Got mine shipped to Australia by a mate in America it’s awesome Always need somewhere to put your beer.
Hi everyone! Just entered the club and wanted to share my first test run of a 8mm film projector as a CFTBL topper with you. Found the original movie in 8mm for cheap on ebay, still waiting for delivery, so for the time being I'm using another test film. Once the CFTBL film arrives it needs some cutting to create a non stop loop of selected scenes and the 220v projector will be triggered by a simple relay.
I'm still trying to figure out what exact signal to use from the pin to trigger the projector on and off as it should only start during multiball. If anyone would like to give input there, that woul'd be awesome! Right now i'm thinking along the lines of building a simple logic circuit to switch it on if voltage at the "start the move" lamp is detected and any of the 2 switches is triggered, but maybe someone more experienced with the pin can help out? many thanks, cheers, here's a video!

I think this is a pretty amazing concept for a topper, and I hope you continue to develop it!
I recently tweaked my settings so that the time, day and date show when my machine is on. I recently noticed that from day to day turning the machine on and off the settings hold the date and time, but if I leave the machine off for a week or so the date and time are no longer correct. Everything else like high scores and even the score from the last game remain and I religiously change the batteries every 12 months and currently have fresh ones in. I know it’s not a big deal but just wondered if this was a common problem or do I perhaps have a slight issue somewhere?

Thank you. Is there any feedback on the Mike D mod causing resets? If I plug into the maintenance outlet and turn on with the remote it works fine.
Just got back from Oregon Power Coating my CFTBL legs, cabinet side trim, lock down bar and head brackets. Had them all done in black hammered. I like this look as it makes you focus on the side art work and not what I had plated. It turned out very impressive.

I have never had resets from the mod. My original power board would reset. I added a Kahr board to stop that. (Some do not like this solution).
I now have a Rottendog board that eliminated the need for the Kahr. I have not had any issues with the RD. Had it in for many years. Fingers crossed. Pin and mod run fine.

Quoted from pacman11:Alright I am back in the club and going to restore a project Creature that I recently picked up. Where can I find the LCD mod for the creature hologram?
[quoted image]
You can't. Only if someone here is looking to give one up and sell it to you. Be prepared to pay a large some of cash to get one.

Actually with some kind of backdrop that would be pretty topper appropriate…

Agreed. I always thought the other one was way too oversized. I didn't like that it covered the backbox art. The stupid price for one of them now is ridiculous as well.
Favorite replacement balls for Creech? I've never bought any replacements before and see a few different brands often mentioned. I assume I need three for this machine (despite 2 ball multiball!)

Same here. If you’re buying balls there’s no reason not to get Ninjas for your creech!

Yeah, Cointaker sells them in the US.
They swear to me they will be back in stock “eventually” but I figured it was worth asking if someone had one they were willing to part with.
