Wow !! Thats pretty rough....what happened to that trace on the top left, looks like the board has a whole through the trace ? Any way your through holes are trashed/not there and you(or somebody) should consider a solder stitch and I would probably run jumpers as well as its in such bad shape. Did you test the bridges before you removed them ? If you don't feel comfortable or have the skills, I would send this out to be gone through professionally. Clive at Coin-op Cauldron does a good job. If you go for it, make sure you have continuity through the hole before you replace the bridges and install both bridges to the heatsink before you solder them in
