Anybody out there ever replace the graduated thermometer decal that resided on each side of the red rising ribbon? Any way to clean this paper decal or is it reproduced anywhere out there? Thanks

You can call Steve at Pinball Resource, but it’s hard to get through on Monday’s as he doesn’t have call holding.
Pinball resource does not stock this item. Has anybody ever tried to clean the paper decal or reproduce one?

If I recall correctly, this meter was printed on coated card stock. Does it have a sheen at all? If so, you should be able to polish away any soiling on the surface (gently!) with some Novus 2. This trick also works on score/instruction cards from Gottlieb. You just have to avoid polishing near the edges and any creases, where exposed paper fiber will absorb the Novus and soiling.
As a last resort, this artwork should be relatively easy to recreate with 11x17 card stock and a laser printer. I’m pretty handy in Adobe Illustrator and could design it for you.
Thanks for the kind offer, I will try the novis and see where that takes me. Hopefully, the dirt and staining is just on the surface. Thanks again and keep you posted.
I found someone online that had recreated this. They emailed it to me and I had it printed onto sticker paper or card I forget. If you PM me your email I will send the recreated image to you and you can replace the one in your machine. I also have made a ribbon and replaced it on my machine.
I made a thermometer for Heat Wave using spring steel. Is the C37 one spring steel too? https://pinside.com/pinball/forum/topic/heat-wave-thermometer-anyone-made-a-new-one
