Surely there would be some cabinet shops near you that could do that. I have a lot of amish cabinet/furniture shops nearby and I think they could easily make a pinball cabinet.

Did the original have fading on the letters? It makes it almost look metallic. Awesome.

When you say metal etched what is this exactly? Is it like a sanding or polishing?

You could do a mix of LEDs and incandescents like NicoVolta did on his EMs.
