I own both. They are both incredible. As others have said its a really tough decision. Depending on when you ask i could flip flop. Today i would say Fathom. I think gameplay is slightly betteron fathom. They are both very beautiful. You cant go wrong either way. If you could only get one id pick the one that is nicer condition.
Let us know what you decide.
