hi,

i need to replace my Centaur's flipper switches and have looked online.

Marco list a heavy duty one: SW-1010A-13
which is also listed on pinball life as being used in Bally/Williams pre 1991

however, Marco only mentions EMs and list a light duty version: SW-1A-192
which does specify SS.

i guess either can be used, but would anyone know which they have used?
or which is original? or which is better?

thanks

you may want to take a the buttons here (housing and buttons), these were designed for that era game . . .

cheers,
those do look pretty nice, but i'd rather stick with the original look of the game.
do you have any knowledge of the difference between the 2 switch types vid?

You want the heavy duty tungsten contact switches for those classic Bally.

Hard to decide. I have HUO Playboy and I feel it should remain 100% original, but I have some other 80s games, like a Centaur with a CPR playfield, that I am more open to putting them on.

Appreciate Vid posting his guide, I had not seen that, and it will certainly help when I finally get around to installing some of these (I had picked some up from Zitt at expo, but did not know about the clear brackets).
