Some more pics, hope it helps. Using wax paper to mark holes is a good idea, but unfortunately it's a bit of a task to get to that area of playfield on centaur II without removing the whole playfield off the hinges, and putting it on metal brackets.
Actually, I got this pin not long ago. Haven't really done anything to it yet, but play. I was told that it's HUO, and the playfield/under playfield somewhat reflects that statement. From what I can tell, I believe those standups are original!
