Yeah, their abandoned facebook page suggested they had an order for Storm colours, but didn't show a pic of the complete unit.
It's gorgeous. Absolutely gorgeous.
Yes, sell Nellie. (and i do love me some juicy melons, plus it's a great machine to play)

Just love the simple ruled, single level games. So much fun to shoot and i can get my brain around the objectives.
That's why (full circle) I'm going to love the Celts and the Fathom too.
Yeah I can dig that. Like I love some of these new games like GnR & LZ etc but sometimes It's nice to play something a little more basic with less thinking involved.
I would love to see this game when you get it Garry. Maybe we could head up to one of your comp Sundays again in the new year?

WNBJM is waaaay too cool to get rid of. Only 3 made it to OZ and all owners are here in WA. Plus I have accumulated quite a few special extras for her.
Here are some scores to aim for. Gonna add some speaker lights in the near future and fiddle with some of “the toys”

You guys are welcome mate. keep an eye on the Woopi Freeballers FB page. if it's not on cause i'm away somewhere it's posted there, or just text me.
Quoted from Crile1:WARNING! Be careful when lifting, picking up, or setting down your lockdown bar. It is not metal on the edges. I forgot and it snapped off in my hands.

Thats interesting. The lock bar is plastic?
Quoted from punkin:Just snapped off in your hands? Wow, doesn't look that fragile. Thanks for the warning.
The edges on mine are paper thin, like card stock paper. I glued it back together and it is setting at the moment. Love the game, just want to caution owners.
Quoted from oldskool1969:Wonder what grade stainless they used?
While I'm here, can you post your high scores? Crile1 as you have had the longest. I want to see how much I suck
The center is metal, but edges and outer part are plastic or some other type of material. And you’ve had yours longer! I’m just first in USA.
Quoted from MJK-911:The lock down bar is concerning, these games cost to much for shit materials.
The game and materials are solid. Just the one area on mine. Currently holding with epoxy and I’ll be more careful from now on. Damian is shipping me a new one at no cost, even though I offered to pay. Can’t say enough good things about Haggis Pinball. They have been through the ringer with the Covid lockdowns. But they persevered and are getting games out. Celts was far more than I expected in quality, aesthetics, and gameplay. Customer service is top notch. And I am happy to support them.
Quoted from cjmjmm2006:It's arrived. Helicon Brewing is now a member of the haggis family!

congratulations
i have been careful and this has happened to mine as well

what are you doing with them?
I can feel the thin spot but that looks like it has been hit?
Too many frothies over the festive season
I have had to unlock the lockdown bar three time in total. unboxing, shooter rod adjustment and today for some pictures to follow up with damian on the shooter rod adjustment. no frothies involved. It has definitely not been hit. I doubt my wedding ring did this with the limited number of plays.

I addressed this with Damian and they are taking care of it. Excellent and responsive customer service.

Man i wish Bill would get back to work in his Big Arse Van!

Invoice paid today, waiting on shipping date. I pray the lock down bar issue has been addressed. JJP has set the bar high, hopefully Team Haggis can produce a better machine than JJP!!! Time will tell!!
Fuck. Homepin makes a better quality machine than JJP nowadays.
You will be astounded by the quality feel this machine exudes, despite the bar corners. it feels better to the hands than my American pinball or Spooky machines, let alone JJP or Stern.
Paid final invoice over a week ago, a couple days ago got the DHL tracking info, and have probably doubled the page hit counter for the tracking site! If all goes to plan, next Wednesday will be a good day! Note to anyone else using this method, even though I submitted the customs form a while ago, DHL sent me a notification to fill out a customs form that they host. Essentially the exact info that Haggis had me submit. Just watch for that to avoid any delays I guess..

Good luck and be patient. It’s going to be worth it when it arrives. I had to tighten lots of nuts under the playfield after it’s long and shakey journey. Otherwise no issues.
Ooooh...
Your DHL Express shipment with waybill number XXXXXXXXXX from HAGGIS PINBALL is scheduled for delivery TODAY by End of Day.
Can you explain how you had it shipped over ? Mine should be ready in 2-weeks, I’am confused about “Clearing Customs” Should I start getting shipping info ? Much appreciated, post more pics!!!
I’m still waiting on mine. Emailed Damian on Dec 6th and was told it should be ready in about 2-3 weeks and so far nothing but crickets. Emailed him two days ago with again crickets. Hope to hear back soon I’m anxious to play it.

You do not need any specific shipping info for this, all you need is to tell customs who you are, so when they see any import for your name / address they have you in their system is all.
When I first got notice that it was going to be ready (a few months ago). Damian mentioned that they were not a US importer or similar, so I would need to register using CBP form 5106 and specify I was an individual importer.
At first it sounded ominous.. But after i looked over the form and read a couple things online.. Realized all I needed was to fill out only a small part of this form, and fill it out as an individual. So basically just my name, address, and use your social security number. I also found several online import brokers, who would file the form electronically for me. And walked me through the form. It was super easy.
So you have choices:
* Look for the form on the us customs site, fill it in, and mail it back to customs.
* Use one of the online brokers (eezyimport.com is what i used)
Now also just before shipping, Damian/Angela asked I send them the PDF so they can include it with the shipment.
Then ALSO, DHL had me fill out the form for them online..
Anyways, good luck getting that done, and im sure you will love the game once it arrives..

Regarding the lock down bar.. Inspected mine, and should note that it is not just the sides made of that material. It appear the entire outer layer of the bar is that material (fiberglass maybe).. then that is bonded to the metal that locks it into place.. Hopefully it is not brittle throughout, but can see why it would chip on the edges like this when handling it..
A few pics.. Really like the build quality. Wiring looks neat and tidy. And grurple color is fantastic. And nice touches with the engraved Plexi inside the unit..

Pics look excellent!! Is the game smaller than a Normal machine? I was told no Invisi Glass for Celts. What is different about the dimensions?
Quoted from MJK-911:Do you all know if the Code is complete? Pics look excellent!! Is the game smaller than a Normal machine? I was told no Invisi Glass for Celts. What is different about the dimensions?
Dimensions all about the same as a new Stern. Besides maybe the head width is 27". Felt about the same weight..
I dont think it has invisiglass, and maybe it would not make sense because of the clear playfield material. I did notice some glare off of that when taking pictures. But during play I did not notice glare issues, I also keep that room's overhead lights off.
Not really sure about rules / code being considered complete. Will need to get a bunch more games on this, and maybe get a group from league over soon to dissect that part. The games I have put on it so far, the modes Ive played seemed to work. Have gotten a number of multiballs qualified, and maybe ill eventually read the rule card to find out why I sort of like playing a game for a bit w/o reading up on any of the rules to see if I can work them out myself a bit..
Code needs a few tickle ups and they are aware and working on a few. But totally playable and almost complete.
This game relies on coloured inserts and flashing shots to guide your way through
ie; when starting a mode you have to hit the green shots to advance and not the red before shooting right orbit and into upper VUK to claim the clan/ castle. Simple but great way to utilise the whole playfield.
A bit like Stern JP, sort of?
Wait till you achieve the lady of the lake! it as absolutely beautiful.
Trent was heading through here yesterday on his way to Melbourne. He has to pick my Celts up (assuming it's ready) and a restored Williams Indiana Jones for me. So hopefully the end of next week.

Dimples
Maybe a ball pain hammer will fix it do you think?

No dimples on my Diamond Plate Williams machines.
